Straight joint, straight reducing joint, angle joint, Y-shaped tee joint and T-shaped tee joint are widely applicated in single-use bioprocess tube system as connectors. They connect separated tubes as an assembly by their ends of hose harb. Tri-clamp to hose harb is also one of the most popular connectors used in single-use bioprocess tubing and it assembles tubes by tri-clamp and hose harb. All these joints are made of USP/FDA class polypropylene (PP) which is chemically stable to most kinds of chemicals such as acid,alkali,ethanol, DMSO,etc.. PP is one of the most popular materials used in bioprocess and safe to drugs.

Two kinds of sterilization, gamma irradiation and autoclave.
Gamma irradiation: 25-45kGy. Autoclave: 121℃ 30min, less then three times.
All the joints are produced by injection mold and then are cleaned by purified water, dried and packaged in clean room.
Products of pre-sterilization and post-sterilization are both available.
The joints can be used in bioprocess or single-use bags production directly after removing the inner package and it is not necessary to do the clean before using these joints. Insoluble particle test is done for every batch of the products. Bacterial endotoxin test is based on previous performed test.
