The components used in single-use bioprocess bags production include: mixing blade, powder port, tube port, traditional pH/conductivity sensor adaptor, etc.. All of the products which are purposed to be welded on the bag has been through adequate testing for the welding with bag film, such as Renolit XS9101 and other films of LDPE material. The best situation for welding the components and the film depend on many factors, such as the equipment performance, film characters. So the welding process should be studied by customers. All the components which may be liquid contact are are made of USP class polyethylene (PE) and it is chemically stable to most kinds of chemicals such as acid,alkali,ethanol, DMSO,etc..

All the joints are produced by injection mold and then are cleaned by purified water, dried and packaged in clean room.
All of these products are provided of pre-sterilization.
The joints can be used in single-use bags production directly after removing the inner package and it is not necessary to do the clean before using these joints. Insoluble particle test is done for every batch of the products.
